The link I sent is correct. Access was restricted though. I lifted the restriction and it is freely accessible now.

PS. the console returns this error after vote:

this was fixed with version 1.5.6
I have installed the 1.5.6 version. Still same error and no stars after voting.
I just notices that this only happens when I am logged in !
When I loggout from the site the voting system works like a charm!

I’m pretty sure it’s a caching problem try to delete all your browser cache and try again

I have upgraded to the newest version, emptied the cache. Yet the problem persists.
panagiotisgian mentions that the voting works once he’s logged out. This is not an option for me as it is a subscription site.
Usually I get a bunch of ratings every week, but since almost exactly one month, between 12/02/18 and 15/02/18, I have not received any ratings. So I suppose it must have been an update that occurred between 12/02/18 and 15/02/18 that broke the plugin.
It’s NOT an incompatibility with another plugin. Even when I disable all other plugins it still doesn’t work.

As you can see version 1.5.0 have been released 19/02/2018 and version 1.4.9 12/11/2017
So, it can’t be an update of YASR…maybe your theme?

I deactivated my theme and activated 2016. Still the same issue. Do you want to have a closer look? I can give you administrative access. Thank you.

please try to update to version 1.5.7
Hi i have same problem, star’s working, but cant click on “Odeslat” aka send. Disabling cache etc plugins won’t work, is there older version to download? Thanks

This is a different error, seems like the plugin automatic-responsive-tables is causing a js error that break the vote
I Disable this plugin and same mistake.
