stopped working

I had it working and was about to finish the job, testing I realize that no longer looks for the member! I modified it so that it does not show any filter and only look for a custom field “ITOP code”, I have no idea what would happen, I guess it was the last update! but it was working and no longer!

I have a test user whose search argument (ITOP code) is “123456789” if you can help me please!
