• Today my website displayed that the ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID. And my clients cant access my website. The plugin couldn’t tell me how to fix it. I tried re-installing everything, directory verification doesnt work because it doesnt recognise my host (Bytemark). After many any DNS verification attemps it finally progressed to CRT, KEY and the CABundle. The download button doesnt work. Just redirects me to a white screen. The copy function gives me “no data found”. I’m not expert but that doesnt seem to help me. The instructions link at the top of this page directs me to a blog post with a list of certificate providers, but no actual instructions on how to do anything with the files I would receive had it worked.

@latinpapi If you want we can help you resolve the issue. The hosting provider is not required, it is only used to prefill certain settings. Directory verification doesn’t depend on the hosting provider, but can be blocked by some providers.

If the download for some reasons doesn’t work you can always access it through FTP, let me know if you’d like our support on this.
