Stopped working

Hi y’all. I hope you are well. I’m having an issue receiving emails that are showing as Successful . . . and everything was working fine until a couple of days ago.

I have removed my contact form since it is not sending me notifications but can put it back up at bottom of the page if y’all would like to test.

I use the Default SMTP mailer (I have microsoft365 exchange–Default has been working fine. . . I have very little traffic/emails because I am only a very small, local website):

Here are 2 messages I see in different places . . . I don’t know if they are related to the issue or not, but things were working fine up until a couple of days ago (all logs show “Success” but they are not making it to my email box (not in spam either):
1) wp_mail has been declared by another plugin or theme, so you won’t be able to use Postman until the conflict is resolved.

***My comment on the above error: I have deleted the other smtp mailer that I was using before. I don’t know too much about technical stuff here, so need y’all’s help figuring this out. Thanks!

2) Post SMTP is not configured and is mimicking out-of-the-box WordPress email delivery.

I have tried using PHPmailer setting. Did not fix things.

Delivery Mode is Log email and send
