Stopped working

I just tried creating the same feed in feedburner. It will not recognize the feed there either. This is a google alert set up to deliver to RSS. It has something to do with not liking the google feed. I have tested it with a standard news feed and it works fine. I do not know what it is about a google feed, but it does not like them. The feed is valid. I have validated on multiple services and this plugin still does not recognize them. Interestingly, this only started happening today. It was fine until this afternoon. A little help please.

Well it’s really quite simple – the plugin will not work with a feed originated in yahoo pipes or in google alerts. it works fine with nearly every other kind of feed i can find. i am not sure whether the standard changed for RSS or google or yahoo changed their standard. whatever happened occurred this week because it was working fine on Monday and last week. suddenly, it stopped working. could be the update. i don’t know. all i know is, with these two kinds of feeds, it will not work. if you want access so you can take a look, send me your email on a private entry and i will get you support access. for the life of me i cannot figure it out, but i do know it is happening quite a bit. the issue is mentioned in one form or another several times in this support forum. outside of this issue, i have never had a problem a problem with this plugin. it is in my opinion, the best rss plugin available for wordpress. but many people use google and yahoo alerts for their rss. it is a huge issue for you and could ultimately hurt your business if not handled asap. like i said, send me your email and i will get credentials to you. you can use me as a guinea pig. thanks.
