Stopped working after configuring separate sidebars

    Hello,

    Strange thing happened. Recently updated wordpress to the latest ver, purchased theme from tielabs.com and contact form was working smoothly, without any problems. Then, afetr configuring separate sidebars for home page and other pages, contact form stopped working even after setting everything as it was before changes. It just writes that mail could not be sent with red border. Any advice would be very appreciated. Thank you!

    P.S. Changed language of wordpress recently as well.

    Can you replicate the problem using the default Twenty Thirteen theme with all other plugins deactivated?

    well this is a tough thing to do, because this website is 24/7 radio station website, all configured, i can’t just disabled the theme and plugins just to try if it’s working. Isn’t there any other options..?

    No. There is no magic bullet in these situations. This is just the start of basic troubleshooting and is a process of elimination deliberately designed to locate the root cause as quickly as possible by first removing the most obvious and common culprits via a series of (often) temporary steps.

    Do you want to locate and, hopefully, fix the problem on your site? If “yes”, then please help us to help you and carry out the changes that we suggest.

    Your theme & plugin settings are saved in your database and should be retained for future use.
