Stops displaying after scroll down

Hi there,

first I want to say a big thank you for this wonderful plugin. I’d love to see it in action on my site as well.. 🙂

Problem:
The float bar display only until you scroll. This issue was described as well some time ago, but the topic is closed and the solution is not properly described:

Could you please help me out here?
