    Gday Rod,

    Dropbox gives you 2GB free so I doubt you will need to go pro with just WordPress backups.

    The base version of the plugin will only upload new files or files that have changed since the last backup.

    The zip premium extension will zip up and store as many versions of your site as you wish, defaulting to 5. You can install this from the premium extensions menu.

    I thought as much but a friend of mine has had a major loss of work on his blog recently and so I thought it best to check. I’ve recommended this plugin to him for the future!
