The site is hosted at one.com
I assume that One.com have deactivated the ftp function in php for security reason (thus php function like ftp_connect does not work).
You should ask your hosting technical support to see if there is a way to reactivate it

Unfortunatly I can´t use your plugin hence One.com won´t enable the FTP function in PHP.
Please note the plugin work locally even if you do no enable the ftp function.
