Store Connector

    I have initially downloaded the free version for the icegram express. Then I decided to get a pro version via web. I cant find the store connector or the Icegram link that will connect my Icegram WP plugin to the pro version that I bought.

    Can you provide step by step process on how to connect account?

    Hi @debres1226 ,

    Thank you for getting in touch with us! We’re thrilled to provide you with our support.

    I assume that you have purchased the license and now you wish to get the plugins and connect them to your setup, correct? If so, could you please confirm the following steps?

    Step 1) Go to My Account > Downloads and log in, you should be able to see a zip file named as Icegram-Express Pro .zip.

    Step 2) You can download this zip file by clicking on the green button.

    Step 3) Install it on your WordPress setup from Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin. (Click here for a detailed doc.)

    Step 4) Click on connect with the Icegram CTA.
