store customer detials

Hi everyone

As wordpress fanatic, wondering how I could store customer data through wordpress. Currently have 2 sets of clinets, each client we record information on their it hardware, ip address, software, etc.

Currently only use excel spreadsheet which is shared with users, but feel this is terrible, annoying and dont need to calculate anything!

Thought about crm but can we use our own fields, we wana use a template for each company (as all companies have routers,servers etc).

Any thoughts – crm or a simple theme or wiki?
