How can we store name email phone of the users who don’t click place order on last step. so the we can followup them

This plugin only creates the steps.

I’d recommend you to look around for a plugin that does that.

For example, the Abandoned Cart Lite for WooCommerce plugin captures the visitors’ emails in real-time as they’re typing it in email address field. At least this is what it says in the plugin’s FAQ.
