    Hello,

I’m using your plugin into my website where users can ask computer assistance. I’d like to let them insert the serial code of a device in an input text and in a second occasion find that serial code in a select option so they don’t have to insert that once again.

    Is that possible?

    Thank you

    Best regards

    Hi @fabioladercole,

You can store a registration field (and the user can access it or change it) with the user registration add-on:

    Hello,

thank you for your reply. What I was looking for was quite different. Right now I have an input field where users insert, for example, their computer’s serial number. If in the future they want to open a new ticket for the same serial code, they shoud type the serial code once again when I’d like to create a dropdown menu where they can find previous serial code inserted.

    Hi @fabioladercole,

Do you mean that you already have a plugin that has that function and you wanted the user to use it on the ticket submission? If so, We currently don’t have that feature. I will add it to the feature request list for review by my team.

    Regards.
