    Your plugin will never sync, and the rares times it does, it can’t catch neither the orders or costumers.

    Please help me with this issue, i’m about to drop MailChimp services at all. Without the sync right, it’s useless for me.

    I’ve tried to uninstall and install again, create several new api keys, disabling all my cache plugins. Basically everything but the WP-CLI version, which I just haven’t tried yet because i can’t find an actual guide to it, and your github’s explanation is very vacant for rookies.

    Hi @vinesoarez, Sorry to hear you’re having issues with the plugin, we definitely want to try to help out. Just to get a handle on the situation you’re experiencing, could you provide a few more pieces of information to help us understand the issue?

    – What plugin version are you using?
    – Who is your hosting provider and can you check to see if they block access to the admin-ajax.php file for any reason?
    – Are you on a shared hosting plan?
    – If you’re using SiteGround, can you check to see if you’ve hit your daily CPU limit after initiating the sync?
    – What PHP version are you using and what is the memory limit is set to?
    – Is there any logging errors in the plugin’s logs tab (when it’s set to standard or debug)?
    – With the CLI instructions, they are located in the readme.txt. If you’re uncomfortable facilitating, that’s ok; we can start with the above questions first.
