    Hi there,

We found that sometimes or always the cache doesn’t clear all the related pages (categoreis, brands, tags) when Woocommerce products are updated by some bulk update plugins.

Is there an easy way to give access of clear cache function or the whole plugin settings to the “store manager” roles?

    Thanks for the support.

    Hi,

If the update is bypassed the WooC standard method , it may not trigger the purge.

For such case , please advise the plugin author to integrate the purge API

Meanwhile , could you please tell us what plugin(s) you are facing such issue?

    Best regards,

Hi there, thanks for the quick reply.

I think updating through this sometimes doesn’t work.

Also our theme has a “BRAND” attribute, and this “BRAND” pages lists specific brand products. This page also needs to be manually cleared.

I think we find it just easy to clear the full cache when we update product stocks, status and prices.

Is there easy way to give access to the store managers or different roles..?

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi,

I saw a line in that page

If your changes don’t get saved, enable “Use API calls when possible” in the settings.

Have you enabled that option ?

No , LSCWP is only accessible by admin , you can create a bulk purge all call that allows other people to purge , but this is NOT an optimal solution.

I will talk with our dev see if there is anything can be done by our end , but I’d like also to suggest you contact the author and ask for API integration to do purge when update the product.

    Thank you so much.

I think this could be really good so we can let store managers clear the cache.

“you can create a bulk purge all call that allows other people to purge , but this is NOT an optimal solution.”

How do we do this? Thanks.

Hi @cuboid, could you please join our Slack channel or submit a ticket here for helping us to reproduce the issue.

Also, we will add Clear Cache function for store managers in the future version, after v3.2.

Hi guys, is it now available for Woocommerce store managers to clear cache manually from the admin panel? Thanks.
