The only way to do that is by creating a custom single page and then follow the steps described here.

Map Direction URL redirect undefine parameter.

@hardipparmar please create a new thread next time.

If you use a default WP theme, and disable all other plugins, does it then still not work? Your using custom code in the functions.php?
