    After installation and successfully connected the account to mailchimp, the step 2 process which is the store setting is not appearing below the page, please see screenshot.

    Hi @janet_a @kesly13, sorry to hear you’re having issues with the plugin, we definitely want to try to help out. Just to get a handle on the situation you’re experiencing, could you provide a few more pieces of information to help us understand the issue?

    – What plugin version are you using?
    – Are there any critical errors in the logs tab? (WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs)
    – Do you have any caching plugins or services running? If so, turn them off or set a rule to ignore the plugin.

    -Version 2.3.6 (Just downloaded)
    -No errors in woocommerce log
    -Running PHP 7.2.29
    -Memory 256
    -No Caching plugins installed.

    Thanks @janet_a, it sounds like you there may be a theme or plugin conflict somewhere. Please refer to this guide to see if you can spot something.

    Yes, there was a conflict with the plugin ‘Woocommerce Product Feature Video’

    I disabled Woocommerce Product Feature Video to activate and connect the store, then re-enabled it and both seem to be working properly!
