  • Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

I can’t see any issue with the header of the website, when I check the website on mobile it shows something like this for me:

Can you please point me to where exactly the issue is?

Regarding the footer, I can see you have invalid HTML in the footer widgets. Can you please try to set up a staging website, remove the widgets there, and see if it resolves the issue?

Let me know how it goes!

The bg image looks like this https://prnt.sc/OFVDsFwbb2zw but the mobile version shows half of the image. on iphones looks more messy. do you know why?

    Hi there,

I can see you build that part of the page by using the “B Carousel Block – Responsive slider” plugin.

Can you please reach out to them over here:

    I hope it helps!

There is no problem with Carousel plugin. I mean the backround image that i set from here https://prnt.sc/TfzJgxP6Y1mA

    Hello @kevangelos ,

I understand you are adding the background image in the Appearance > Customize > Background section.

It is often required to adjust the position and size depending on the background image & screen size. I couldn’t check your site to see exactly how it is behaving on different screen sizes.

You can try one of these presets & positions to get your desired result:

Other options would be using custom CSS to adjust the background image size & position. Here is an useful article that will be helpful: https://css-tricks.com/perfect-full-page-background-image/

    Thank you πŸ™‚

    Hi @kevangelos

Looking at your screesnhot there is no sidebar displaying within the screenshot which could be removed?

There is a background image which you seem to have added to the site that displays on each side of the content area. This background image is not displayed on smartphone devices and also displays like this on a desktop browser.

That’s great to hear you have that fixed now πŸ™‚

Can I ask in this thread about the logo and its correct placement?

With regards to the site logo within the storefront theme that will display at the top left of the site and can either be a text logo or an image logo can be set. o set an image logo you can do that by navigating to WordPress Admin > Appearance > Customize > Site Identity
