To help rule out any third-party plugin-related conflicts, can you perform a check with the help of the Health Check and Troubleshooting plugin? This mode disables active plugins and switches to a default theme safely because it only affects the experience of the logged-in user.
– Enable Health Check and Troubleshooting plugin
– Enable the Web Stories plugin
– View your story and let us know if there are any issues
– If there are none, enable plugins and your theme one by one in this mode to pinpoint which could be conflicting
Note you can disable troubleshooting mode from the plugins page.
Also, can you confirm that the same occurs when using a Chrome browser in incognito mode which can help indicate a browser-related issue?
