Hi @chusman,
First of all, thank you for your kind words!
I visited your site and I see that configured Complianz and Google Analytics correctly. Complianz blocks Google Analytics before visitor consent, as expected. The drop in visits you notice in Google Analytics represents the percentage of visitors that did not consent to statistics cookies.
You could consider anonymizing IP addresses in Google Analytics. When configured correctly, you don’t need to block Google Analytics before consent to statistics cookies. This allows to to (anonymously) track all visitors.
For more information on the required steps, please refer to this article:
https://complianz.io/how-to-configure-google-analytics-for-gdpr/
Let us know if you have any further questions.
Kind regards,
Leon
Thanks Leon, I’ve followed all your advices, I hope statics returns normal, because I can’t show those numbers to convince people to pay for advertising in my web.
@chusman Could you please clear the site cache? I just visited your site again but did not see it working correctly yet. Did you enable all three checkboxes in the Complianz wizard -> cookies -> statistics?
Let me know, I’ll keep an eye on your site to make sure that your Analytics works as expected.
Regards,
Leon
Cache cleared. And yes, I think I did it as you explained, these are the options in spanish, all checked:

Thank your for your dedication.
@chusman I just confirmed that all is working as expected. Google Analytics is no longer blocked before consent, because of the privacy-friendly settings.
Kind regards,
Leon
Great!
By the way, it’s surprising how many people don’t interact with the banner.
Thanks for the quick support, I’m considering the premium upgrade.
