Strange bar under header

Hi, I really like the plugin compared to others of the same type but I have an issue i like to get sorted. After I activate the plugin a strange bar appears under header, even if deactivate all the templates so no button appears, that bar is still there. If i deactivate the plugin or “load CSS” from plugin settings the bar disappears.
