Strange behavior after activation plugin

    After activating on the plugin page the text: Thank you for creating with WordPress Version 4.9.4 is suddenly displayed halfway between the plugins instead of at the bottom of the page. Why is this happening?

    This thank you hint is from the core of WordPress and should it see on each page of the back and, if you haven’t change this via custom code, plugin etc. It is not an result of Adminimize.
