Strange behavior on some posts

Hey Sebastien,
In the recent days I found out that on some posts the content-partial.php file does not load correctly and it shows all the contents of single.php file instead of content-partial’s -with all header/footer code-, and it stops loading completely after that.
It doesn’t do it on every post, only on some and I can’t figure out why. There is not any open div that would cause the problem, or any other problem from the html code that would cause it to load incorrectly.

If you want I can give you the URL (the site is in Greek, but you’ll understand the problem just by scrolling) through a private message or something to check it live.
