Strange characters in table by .csv

Hello. Thanks for helping.

I uploaded a table throwg a csv file. But when I see a previw of the post, I see strange characters in this.

characters like this: �, and in his place there are accent mark and letter ñ.

In the rest of the blog this does not happen, just with the plugin table.
