seems unrelated to my plugin. you might want to install a captcha to prevent receiving spam emails? if you want to make sure the mails come from a contract form, change your subject so you know from which form the problem originates. if it does not come from a form it’s probably coming from a comments or another non cf7 form

I didn’t click the link because I thought you actually received emails with links like that 🙂
The most obvious reason would be that you do not have any groups called like that in your form. Can I see your form code? Or at least a relevant part of it. Also make sure you don’t have duplicate group names in your form.
