• Hi we have a website which uses google maps (its a business directory) and suddenly the maps stopped working. The theme developer asked us to update to the latest theme version and this has corrected the map issue but created content in the footer wrapper which should not be there. Its weird. Turning on debug generates this error code

Notice: Undefined index: Default in /var/sites/m/ourdomain.com/public_html/wp-content/themes/listify/inc/customizer/helper-functions.php on line 39

We’ve had to shut the website while we try to figure it out. Has anyone got any ideas? We urgently need our site back up and running

I recommend contacting the theme’s developer about that, as the conflict is definitely coming from the theme’s helper-functions.php file.

Hi James. Thanks for your quick response. The problem is we cant get hold of them and we have raised a ticket but goodness knows how long we have to wait. I was hoping there was something I could do to resolve it. I wish theme developers had a fast track system to solve problems like this. We would gladly pay to get it sorted.

Sorry, I assumed you had established contact, given “The theme developer asked us to update to the latest theme version” earlier.

My only recommendation would be to try replacing the problem file one more time, as it could have been corrupted during file transfer.

Otherwise, since that is a commercial theme, we have to ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best: https://astoundify.com/support/

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.
