Strange error message

Hi.
Sometimes when my customers login to my site (from PPC or FB ads), they get this message:

“IP# unreachable at this moment. Please retry the request or contact your adminstrator.”

Any thoughts? What worries me is that the word “administrator” is misspelled. Have I been hacked?
