That is IPv6 IP Address, unfortunately this plugin doesn’t support IPv6 yet.
This plugin works well, is it possible to add it to work with such an address?
Should be possible but I got no time to do it anytime soon.

BTW, don’t get your hopes up because I did some initial research and it seems now might not be possible. It depends on your PHP whether it is compiled with IPv6 support which is not that common.
I would suggest in the mean time go Google and see how you can ban people using IPv6 using your server like .htaccess or CPanel or iptables.
