    Hi

    I have been trying to display the facebook count + comments count shortcodes but it displays only text “4588” which refers to my page’s fan amount. The is NO html code and no images that the shortcode produces, just the text with the figures I mentioned. The issue is not theme-related one – I tested it with WP v3.9.1 default themes – still the same. I also deactivated all plugins used but yours. Any fix available?

    P.S. The widged-based counts work all fine.

    That is correct. The shortcode shows only the total in text format and the icons will only appear in the widget.

    The idea is the shortcode for you to display the count in a page/post, where would you even add your own images and styles.

    Displays only the count in plain text:

    Facebook: [scp code=”facebook”]

    Btw how often does the plugin fetch data ie. with Facebook?

    Once every 24 hours.
