    Hello,

Since the new version of Loco we are encountering few issues that actually don’t know how to properly fix, so here is the screen video that I’ve recorded while syncing translations:

    http://drops.laborator.co/19BhR

It even doesn’t update existing translations.

Any clue about this? It wasn’t happening in the previous version of Loco Translate.

I can’t download a 40MB video where I am right now. Please post the error message text.

    Hi timwhitlock,

The video represents how the issue appears, you don’t need to download the video, just click “Play” and you will view it without need to download.

    Thanks for your reply

Thanks for the tip, although streaming a 40MB video on my mobile phone from another country wasn’t great either.

I am back at a normal desk now, but I can’t inspect your error in this form. It looks like the problem is that jQuery could not parse the JSON response. Usually this is because there is some junk before or after it. The text you see in your browser is only the first line of the trimmed response, so won’t show if there is accidental spaces around it.

I need to see the full, raw output from the JSON response including any leading or trailing whitespace. Could you please post that?

    Hi again,

Actually that was happening in localhost, I’ve updated MAMP and also Loco Translate and now it seems to work fine. It seems there was an issue related more to host rather than Loco plugin, so if it happens again, I’ll update this topic.

    Thanks for your help buddy.

Cheers and keep it up with this life saving plugin 🙂

Thanks for the follow up. Marking as resolved for now. Best to open a new thread if you get further errors.
