    EDIT:

If I delete “clear_on_hide” it works… but I need this part to work too!

    EDIT 2:

    Found this error:

Typically when a form works in the form tester but not on your site, this means that there is a conflict with another plugin or your theme. I’ve written a checklist you can follow to pinpoint and fix the problem. Please follow these steps and let me know what you discover: https://conditional-fields-cf7.bdwm.be/docs/troubleshooting/does-not-work-with-a-third-party-theme-or-plugin/

I use WOffice 4.2.6 theme, and sing a default theme the “clear_on_hide” works. The error is the one that I write before.

    Any idea?

So, the problem only happens when you use the WOffice 4.2.6 theme? Have you contacted the theme developer?
