Strange restore case
-
I have a service related to client website maintenance. Coincidentally, there is a client who needs to export the website in its multi-site so that it becomes a single standalone (single-install). The backup process with WP-Vivid that has been installed on the client web and restored it on the destination web running smoothly with a total file of 3GB divided into several parts. The problem arises when viewing the front-end display after the successful restore process. Almost 99% of files in the media are lost, especially images. As a note, I run this process locally. After I found out, it turns out that the files in the “upload” folder on the backup website that should be restored according to the directory on the destination restore website are not in their proper place. Guess where all the files are placed? Yes, it is placed in the WP-admin directory. Try to be able to replicate with the steps that I have explained above. Thank you for your attention.
