Strange User Account

    I’ve taken over maintenance and support for a site and need to know about a particular user account it has.
    The username is seed_cspv5_clientview_name, where name is a person’s name.

    It has no email address and no roll set for the site.

    Can anyone advise what this user account is all about? Can it safely be deleted without causing problems?

    Hmmm… “SeedProd Coming Soon Page Pro” and the username begins with “seed”, so maybe they’re related.

    You’re using a commercial/premium plugin, so please use their official support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.

    Commercial products are not supported in these forums.

    Thank you, Steve.
    Diving deeper into the settings of the SeedProd plugin, it appears the username is used for a Bypass URL when the site is in Coming Soon/Maintenance Mode.

    I’m certain this is no longer required as the license key is showing as Invalid as it has likely expired.
