• Hi!

When a user has created an account during a reservation, and then wants to connect to make a change of reservation for example, so it works correctly BUT when the user is connected, I have the impression that the user is connected to a “wordpress account” (because a small “wordpress” navigation bar is displayed at the top of the screen, user), and not to an integrated account built on the site itself.

    Här a link with a screenshot: https://zupimages.net/viewer.php?id=20/15/eq3f.png

Is that normal ?? It’s very confusing !!
    Thanks for your help.

    🙂

    Hi,

“Salon customers” are simply WordPress users with the same priviledges of the wordpress “Subscriber” role, so it’s normal what you report.

You can prevent logged-in users to access the wordpress dashboard using a plugin.
