[edited] I just realized that https://www.strato.de/ is a hosting provider, not your website.
If you can let me know the URL, I’ll be better able to help. Sorry for the confusion.
better: from my url http://www.gartenlanger.de (hosted by strato.de) I tried to connect with jetpack plugin to my wordpress.com account and received the described error.

I just tested the connection to your site and it seems everything is connected properly now. Where are you seeing this error? Does disconnecting/reconnecting Jetpack help clear up that error?
Let me know if you still have this problem and I’ll be happy to take a closer look.
I don’t know why, but after updating Jetpack from Version 3.9.2 to Version 3.9.4 the problem is gone! Ticket can be closed.

This is the answer I got:
As for the API you use to edit your WordPress site with STRATO through WordPress.com . I do not know exactly what is trying to do this API. However, I suspect that to attempt modifications to the MySQL database of your site via this API STRATO ( this is the case when you go to places for example, posts on your site through WordPres.com ) . If this is indeed the case , it is true that such requests are blocked . You only from your STRATO webspace access to your MySQL database. From a remote server not connected to a database can be made at STRATO ; Such requests are indeed blocked by us. This blockage can not be removed.
I hope this can explain the problem ; I’m sorry that I do , however, can not solve this. Should you have any further questions, I ‘d like to hear from you.
