Streaming a podcast

    Hi
    Is it possible to, or is there a plugin that will allow me to stream a podcast from another site on my wordpress site, or do all mp3s have to be uploaded on to my own host.
    I would have thought it would be possible to grab a podcast stream from itunes or from another external source to do this, can anyone help??
