Striking theme Missing Text Tools n shortcode button 4.1

Please i was wondering if anyone could help,

i have happily been working away on my site for a few days now and had no problems. however this morning i have run into a few problems. for instance when uploading or setting a featured image its not a pop out box or lightbox it takes me to another page completely which i can deal with manually right clicking and opening in a new tab.

you will see all my text tools missing i haven’t made any changes ie updates ect for this to change.

im no expert on wordpress but i’m no beginner either pls has anyone else had this problem i am working to a deadline
