Did you activate the “Show all languages” filter on Russian (top admin bar)?
Do it! Laugh a lot! and what about adding strings in php?
Could you provide a screenshot of your languages settings in Settings > Languages > Languages tab?
Please don’t cut the top admin bar where appear the “Show all languages” filter.

First problem resolved, when i switch “Show all languages” filter.
That’s not the good screenshot.
It’s in Settings > Languages > Languages tab. I want to see which languages you have set.
Please don’t cut the top admin bar, I need to see the “Show all languages” filter.
