    Hi,

    As many of us, I have issues to connect my stripe account to event tickets…
    It started with the wehbook never valid on my dashbord.
    So I went on my stripe account to see what the problem could be.
    The webhook is linked but there is something wrong with the API.

    I contacted stripe, they say there is no issue with the webhook but indeed with the API…

    Since we don’t have any control over the API because of the automatic connexion I don’t know what to do…
    I wanted to get the pro licence in the future to develop this business with online events, but obviously, I won’t buy the licence if I can’t even connect Stripe LOL

    Help, advices and snippets welcome XD

    Hi @marietruchot92, sorry to hear about this. The Stripe Webhook will not able to validate if Tickets Commerce is still in test mode. Could you make sure that it is not in test mode?

    Also, note that due to Stripe’s Single Platform Policy, you won’t be able to connect to multiple platforms using the same account at the same time.

    Yes I know all that, I’m not in test mode, and I created a Stripe Account especially for event tickets.

    I’m on the problem since 2 weeks already so I’ve read this article like, hundred times to see if I was missing something but… no lol.
    I really don’t know why I do have an API problem since the connexion to stripe is automatic…

    Hi @marietruchot92, yikes, sorry to hear about this. I am curious what Hosting are you using?

    Also, it would be good to try a new account, and we recommend you create individual accounts under the same Stripe user login to connect to different platforms.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your answer.

    I have a wordpress + divi website, hosted at Obambu, which is one of the OVH’s servers.

    I created a new account especially for events tickets already, it doesnt work.

    I payed a dev to work on this, he tried it on his own website, with a whole new stripe account and it doesnt work neither…

    Hi @marietruchot92, no worries. I want to learn more about this. I haven’t encountered Obambu hosting. I am interested if there are any warning/error logs you can share with me for me to pinpoint the issue.

    Also, by any chance, could you try it on another hosting provider? See if that makes a difference.
