Hi, just to confirm with you. Is the visitors credit card used on your site a valid card?
Also do you run a cache plugin in your site?
Thank you
Yes, I run a cache plugin, i.e. WP fastest cache. And yes it is a valid card.
Can you enable debug mode then run a test. Also can you make sure the page with the button is not getting cached.
Let me know what happens.
Thank you
I deactivated the plugin (WPFastest Cache) and it worked fine. Seems like the cache plugin was causing issues.
Thanks
I am happy to know your issue is resolved.
Enjoy the plugin.
Hi again, the issue was solved for some days. But it has again reappeared, I have not used any cache plugin whatsoever and still my clients are getting the same issue in stripe payment. “Stripe API error occurred. Your card was declined”.
can you please give me a concrete solution?
Hi, please check the following forum post.

Let me know if the above helps you.
Thank you
hi, i checked the forum post. And yes my stripe API setup is all correct. moreover, stripe is working fine on test mode.
Thank you for letting me know. I have submitted a message to the developers to investigate further your issue.
Kind regards
Hi any update on the issue?
The plugin is working fine at the moment (I have test it myself just now again). So this is an issue specific to this particular site. Some kind of conflict is happening somewhere but I am not sure where it can be coming from. Weird conflicts like these are hard to figure out.
Deactivate all the plugins except this one and empty all cache then do a test.
You will most likely need to try a different plugin and hopefully that won’t have the same conflict given you current server environment, caching settings, and the plugins being used.
