Hello. I had an issue where the Stripe Test keys and the live web hook would not actually save. I’d go through the steps to enter and setup etc and press save. But when the page reloaded they had not actually saved. I saw on other forum posts cache being listed as a possible issue. So I disabled LiteSpeed Cache (version 6.3.0.1) plugin and the settings saved. I thought I’d post this here to see if there are any known conflicts with this plugin?

  • Hi @katmacau,

    Thanks for reaching out.

I thought I’d post this here to see if there are any known conflicts with this plugin?

We appreciate you sharing your experience with the Stripe Test keys and the live web hook not saving while using the LiteSpeed Cache plugin.

As of now, we don’t have any known conflicts between WooCommerce and this specific version of LiteSpeed Cache plugin. However, caching plugins can sometimes cause unexpected behavior due to their nature of storing a static version of your site’s pages.

In this case, disabling the caching plugin helped you save the settings, which suggests that it might have been interfering with the process. I recommend reaching out to the LiteSpeed Cache plugin developers for more insight into this issue, as they might have more knowledge about this specific behavior.

In the meantime, you can also find further details on configuring caching plugins for WooCommerce in this guide.
