We make our best effort to use the latest API, it can be updated as soon as the developers can. On the Stripe dashboard, you can update the API version without affecting the Stripe Payment Gateway Plugin. More information is available below:

Thanks for the quick answer.
I don’t get errors. I just can see that the old API version is used on stripe for some call and I have the choice to update to the last API version on stipe.
So before doing it I preferred to double check with you. 🙂
