Stripe Australia payment processing issue

Hi we are having an issue with our WooCommerce store.
We are using Stripe (Australia) for our credit card processing.
We have enabled test mode in Stripe settings.
We have entered in test public and secret key from Stripe.
We have entered in the correct endpoint.
We have spoken to Stripe API support and our tests are working as they should.
However, when we goto checkout and use stripes test credit card, we get an error:

Payment processing failed. Please retry.

Then I check the backend, and the order is marked as FAILED.

We dont really know why.

Stripe has suggest we reach out to your team.

I looked up logs for Stripe in Woocommerce status and found the following error log below.

Please any help would be very much appreciated.
