    Hi!

I’m having a few issues with this plugin I need addresses. The first issue is that the price on my client’s event, should read $30, the backend is listed as $30, however, the website is showing it listed at $3,000. I’ll include a side by side here: https://i.ibb.co/DJFYLgj/esb-screenshot1.png

The second error, which Im not sure is connected, says “Unfortunately stripe doesn’t support payments in . Please try using a different gateway or adjusting your Tickets Commerce currency setting. You can see a list of suggested currencies here”… but when I go to the Tickets Currency this is what it says: https://i.ibb.co/VcsB0WYM/Screenshot-2025-05-28-at-11-13-42-PM.png

Can I get some assistance on this? I see other users spoke on it, but was unable to replay to the discussion given that it was marked as resolved.

Client is running Version 6.5.0 – thanks.

    Hi @felicemk2020

Thanks for reaching out. I tried replicating the issue on my end, but everything appears to be working as expected.

When you mention that the “Client is running Version 6.5.0,” are you referring to the version of Event Tickets Plus? If so, please note that we’re unable to provide support for premium plugins through this forum.

    Hi Darien!

A little unsure of what you’re saying. Are you saying that you’re not sure why the errors are coming up? The stripe error and the currency issue?

And yes, we are running events tickets plus.

    Hi @felicemk2020

I am not yet sure what’s causing the issue. However, it’s possible that a plugin or theme conflict on your site is causing the problem. To help isolate the issue, I recommend running a quick conflict test: activate only our plugins along with a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-One, and then check if the issue still occurs.

If everything works as expected in that setup, you can begin reactivating your other plugins and theme one by one. This will help pinpoint exactly what’s triggering the conflict.

I highly recommend doing this on a staging site to keep your live site safe and uninterrupted. If you haven’t set one up yet, the WP Staging plugin makes the process quick and easy—it just takes a few clicks.

After that, please submit a support ticket via our Help Desk on how it goes so we can assist you further:

    Thanks Darian.

I was able to fix the problem with the currency issue. Sharing with you just in case the issue comes up again. Under the settings of the event, under the “tickets”. I changed the “Sell Tickets using” setting from Tickets Commerce, to Woocommerce. I’m including a screenshot below.

I’ll try to diagnose the issue with the stripe connection, and let you know what happens. Thanks.
