Hi @aaee6,
I am sorry to know you are experiencing an issue with using our plugin.
I was able to replicate the issue using the form from the mentioned URL. However, I couldn’t replicate the same on a test form at my end with multiple checkbox options selected.
Can you please confirm if you are using the latest version of Forminator plugin?
Please export the from and share with us using Google Drive or DropBox to take a closer look at how the form is configured.

We will be looking forward to hearing back from you.
Kind Regards,
Nebu John

Hi Nebu John,
Thanks so much for looking into this for us!
We had thought the error was only happening when multiple check boxes were selected but have found it is happening on and off when only 1 is checked too.

Hi again.
Good news! It looks like it may have been mixed content on the page causing the issue. There was just one non-https image link that had slipped thru. Since remedying (& installing “Really Simple SSL” for good measure), all seems well / no more error msgs (yet) ๐
Thank you again for a remarkable plugin & support!

Sorry ๐ Still happening using the Chrome browser but not when using Microsoft Edge.
Hi @aaee6
Thanks for sharing the form.
I’ve imported it to my test setup but I couldn’t replicate the issue. Then I also tried (using recent Chrome browser on Windows 10) submitting form on your site with multiple payment checkboxes checked – and it also worked.
It might mean that issue isn’t quite related to the browser but is more of “random” thing.
Are you using any other plugin (of any kind) that might have Stripe support built-in and active (even if not configured fully)? If yes, could would you try disabling it for a moment and test the form with it disabled?
Could you also try setting the form (in “Behavior” settings of the form) to “Load form using AJAX” in “Rendering” section? Once that’s done, do clear all cache on site/server and test form again a few times.
Let us know abut results please.
Kind regards,
Adam

Thanks, Adam.
We changed the behaviour settings as above & have no other plugins with stripe support installed.
The first form this morning went thru perfectly (yay!) but subsequent tries using both Chrome & Edge are hitting the same error ๐
Hi @aaee6
Could you double-check just in case Chrome & Edge on your side use any add-ons and if so disable all of them and see if the issue still exists? Please let us know about the results.
Kind Regards,
Kris

Hi Kris!
No addons on my browsers & other people (on a variety of browsers & devices) are experiencing the error off & on too ๐
It’s definitely something about the Calculations causing the issue. When we take Calculations out & change to “Fixed Price” with “Multiple Plans”, all goes thru as it should (no error).
It’s not ideal but we are thinking that maybe that’s the safest way for us to achieve what we want for now?
Thanks again for your support on this.
Hi @aaee6
I hope you are doing well.
I noticed your SSL is expired, could you please renew the website SSL and also double check if your WordPress > Settings is set to HTTPS? We got some cases โUnrecognized request URL (GET: /v1/payment_intents/). this was related to HTTP/HTTPS.
I tried to replicate the issue on my lab site but it worked well too.
In case the SSL is fixed and the issue persists.
Could you please send me an email to [email protected] using this template:

Hi @aaee6
I hope you are doing well.
To make a follow-up here, I can see you will use a different method in the Form, on our tests the submission worked when disabling the Load from Ajax option: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#rendering but after this, the form worked again using this method but when you tested it didn’t work again and it indicates the issue is random.
We had a past case that was caused by ReCaptcha:
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/urgent-stripe-forminator-unrecognized-request-url-get-v1-payment_intents/
But doesn’t seem to be the case on your form.
Feel free to let us know if you would like to return the troubleshooting of this.
Best Regards
Patrick Freitas
