    Hi all

    In testing this forminator form (linked to stripe) the error messages either show;

    • Error; stripe field doesn’t exist in your form
    • error please try again

    Any help appreciated

    The form has been working and the things that were changed since then was adding the location/ time options and sending out email confirmations – both of which have been turned off/ deleted & retried with no success.

    Hope you’re doing well today! I am sorry to hear about the issues you’re facing with your Forminator form.

    Could you please share more information about this, were these options related to the Stripe fields to calculate anything specific?

    Also, would it be possible for you to share the form export with us wherein the issue is replicated, this will help us to import the form on our lab environment and replicate the issue so that we can troubleshoot it further. Please feel free to remove any sensitive information within the form.

    To share the form export
    – Navigate to the “Forminator -> Forms” page in your site’s back-end
    – click on a little “gear” icon next to the form in question
    – select “Export” option
    – copy given export code and paste it at https://pastebin.com
    – include link to that paste in your response below.

    Note: this export will not include any data that is already submitted – they’ll stay safely on your site and we don’t need them anyway.

    The ‘date/ time’ change was just the drop done box added above the payment section, possibly nothing related to stripe.

    The other changes were switching email receipt settings on/off. But I’ve tried turning them off again & pretty well every option in the stripe section of the form.

    hi again

    I just deleted the stripe section and re added it, now it seems to be working ok with no added features so I’ll start adding a few back again & see if that’s ok
