    The last two payments have not completed for us with an error. We have previously had it working fine on v 3.3.58. It autoupdated to plugin v 3.3.60 and seems to have stopped working.. Any ideas?

    PaymentIntent status:

    requires_payment_method

    The PaymentIntent requires a payment method

    Set an existing payment method on the PaymentIntent or have the customer enter a new payment method.

    The timing of those errors and the plugin update is likely a coincidence.

    Can you share a website link so your checkout page can be reviewed? That error usually occurs when there is a 3rd party plugin triggering a JavaScript error on your checkout page. The error prevents the payment method ID from being generated before the checkout form submits.

    Hi – thats interesting. I turned off CleanTalk antispam on Woocommerce settings and downgraded. Maybe it was that? https://www.groomsflorist.com/basket/

    i put a test through it was ok, but just heard another one has errored the same.

    Your site was reviewed and there were no Javascript errors observed during testing. The checkout form submitted in the correct sequence and the request to create the Stripe payment method was executed without any issues.

    Maybe it was that?

    It’s possible there was a cache of the CleanTalk plugin’s scripts and your customer encountered that?
