I am receiving an error while trying to complete my profile on Stripe. In the link I put in a screenshot of the error I am getting. I fill in all the required information and when I click submit I get this message and it does not let me continue.

The error reads
“You cannot unrequest capabilities through the Accounts API after having set them. Instead, you should use the Capabilities API. Please contact support.stripe.com if you have any questions.”

I don’t really know what the error means. I hope someone has a better understanding of what this means and could point me in the right direction.

Thanks for reaching out! Could you please let us know if you are seeing this error trying to set up WooCommerce Payments, or if you are using the standalone Stripe plugin?

If you are using the standalone Stripe plugin, please repost this question on the Stripe forum. They’ll be better able to assist you there.

If you are seeing this message while trying to set up your Stripe account for WooCommerce Payments, please include a screenshot of where you are seeing this error in the setup process.
