I recently installed Amelia as the booking solution for a client.
It became apparent very quickly that Stripe payments were failing after the first time a customer made a booking – that is they made and paid for a booking successfully, but subsequent attempts to make and pay for bookings failed.
Looking at the Stripe webhooks I can see payment_intent.created events with the same event ID for all payment attempts by a single user, and I’m wondering if this is the problem. I contacted Stripe, but they insist the problem is with the app that generated the payment request, i.e. Amelia.
Has anyone had a similar experience? Can anyone suggest a fix? I’m using Amelia 8.7. Upgrading to Amelia 9.03 didn’t fix it.
