Stripe payment field issues with multiple plans

    We have a problem currently with Stripe payment fields, which contain multiple plans. These appear and disappear within seconds after loading the form for approx. 10 seconds. Behind different payment plans runs multiple (invisable) calculation fields. Based on a certain amount, we initiate either payment plan A, B or C. Apparently, the calculations in the background cause delays by displaying the stripe payment field, which causes it’s apperance and disapperance for the first 10 seconds and bounces the page up an down. This insecures our customers and gives a bad impression on checkout.

    Switching the entire form to Ajax didn’t fix the issue. We use Forminator Version 1.52.2. It would be great to have this issue fixed.

    • Go to Forminator → Forms in your dashboard
    • Click the gear icon next to the form
    • Select Export
    • Copy the export code

    • Share the link of the paste with us here
